Community Guidelines

Be Respectful

Disagreement is allowed. Harassment, credible threats, targeted intimidation, sustained abuse, or attempts to drive another person off the platform through coordinated harassment are not.

Be Authentic

Do not impersonate another person or organization. Do not misrepresent professional credentials or verification evidence.

Protect Privacy

Do not expose another person's private or sensitive information without a legitimate lawful basis. Do not use Bookween to threaten, blackmail, or dox people.

No Sexual Exploitation or Explicit Pornography

Bookween does not allow sexually explicit pornographic content or sexual exploitation. Any content involving sexual exploitation of minors is treated as a severe violation.

Legitimate educational, medical, historical, journalistic, or literary discussion may be permitted when the presentation itself is not exploitative. See Content & Publishing Standards.

No Serious Threats or Illegal Abuse

Do not use Bookween to facilitate serious violence, criminal exploitation, fraud, malware, phishing, trafficking, or other serious illegal activity.

No Hate or Dehumanizing Abuse

Bookween does not permit targeted hateful or dehumanizing attacks against people based on protected characteristics where prohibited by platform policy or applicable law. Good-faith discussion of politics, religion, history, law, culture, or controversial ideas is not automatically prohibited merely because people disagree strongly.

No Spam or Manipulation

Do not:

• Flood comments or messages.
• Operate deceptive promotional campaigns.
• Artificially manipulate follows, reactions, comments, or views.
• Coordinate fake engagement.
• Use misleading links or scams.
• Mass-generate low-value content to game distribution.

Constructive Discussion

Criticize ideas without turning disagreement into personal abuse. Bookween should reward substance, not outrage for its own sake.

Reporting

Use Bookween's reporting tools when content or behaviour appears to violate these guidelines. Reporting does not guarantee removal. Reports are evaluated according to Bookween policies.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content restrictions, warnings, publishing restrictions, verification suspension, account restrictions, or account termination. See Moderation Policy and Appeals & Enforcement Policy.
